Terms and Conditions
By purchasing one or more tickets for a Zero Ping Heroes event, you and any other attendees you have purchased tickets for agree to the following terms and conditions.
Maximum Bed Size
Our venue has limited sleeping space. If you will stay overnight in the venue, bring a single-size (90cm wide) airbed, roll mat, camp bed, or equivalent. You may only bring a double-size bed if you will share it with another attendee in your group.
Maximum Desk Space
Your computer setup must fit within the 90cm wide by 68cm deep desk space available. For example, a 27-inch 16:9 screen with an ATX PC case on the desk, or a 34-inch ultra-wide 21:9 screen and computer case on the floor.
Temperature and Comfort
You are responsible for your own comfort. The venue can get hot in summer and cold in winter, so bring suitable clothing. For overnight events, bring suitable bedding.
Unallocated Seating
We do not allocate seats in advance. We will assign you a seat when you arrive. You may reserve seats for others in your group, within reason.
Refunds
We will only refund your ticket purchase if we cancel the event. We will also offer you a refund if we change the event dates. Our events are non-profit, and our costs stay the same regardless of attendance. If you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else — contact us with their email address and we will transfer your ticket to them.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to attend. We require this to comply with the venue’s alcohol licence and UK law. If you appear under 25, we will ask you to show valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport.
Inappropriate Behaviour
We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable at our events, and we expect you to show respect for everyone, regardless of sexuality, gender, gender presentation, disability, race, background, or social skills. If anything or anyone makes you feel uncomfortable or unwelcome, please let us know so we can handle the situation as effectively as possible. This includes us as organisers — please tell us if we don’t live up to our own standards. We take all feedback seriously. If we consider your behaviour to be inappropriate, we will give you a polite warning. If you continue to behave inappropriately, we will remove you from the event without refund and may ban you from future events.
Illegal Activity
If you engage in illegal activity, we will remove you from the event immediately and without any refund, report you to the relevant authorities, and permanently ban you from future events.
Property
You are responsible for any property you bring to the event. We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or theft.
You are personally liable for any damage you cause to our property, other attendees property, and the venue property.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. If you have already purchased a ticket, we will notify you of any changes and give you the opportunity to review and accept the updated terms.
Acknowledgement of Terms
Well done for reading this far, if you’re the first person to come up to a member of ZPH Crew during the event and mention you “acknowledge these Terms and Conditions”, we’ll give you a prize :)
