Equipment & cables

No need to bring network cables or IEC C13 (“kettle plug”) cables – we provide them!
Toiletries
- Towel
- Shower gel / soap
- Deoderant
- Tooth brush
- Tooth paste
Clothes
- Hoody / jumper
- 3x T-shirt / top
- 3x Socks (pair)
- 3x Underwear
The hall will be quite cool in autumn and winter, and quite warm in spring and summer, so pack season-appropriate clothes!
Sleeping
If you are sleeping at the venue, bring your own bedding:
- Single air bed / camp bed (we have limited sleeping space – see maximum bed size)
- Air bed pump
- Eye mask
- Ear plugs
- Pillow
- Sleeping bag / duvet
- Extra blanket (autumn/winter)
As above, the hall will be quite cool in autumn and winter, so pack bedding that will keep you warm enough!
Food & drink
On your way to the event, swing by Tesco (7 min drive) or Waitrose (5 min drive) to pick up some essentials:
- 2x Breakfast
- 4x Microwave meals
- Snacks
- Fruit
- Soft drinks
- Painkillers
The venue has a great kitchen with microwave, oven and hob, and a big fridge behind the bar in the main hall.
Once you’ve arrived we have corner shops a 7 min walk away, and many takeaway restaurants too.
